FULL SERVICE Planning

Minimum Investment beginning at $4500 (Includes 3 Coordinators for up to 15 hours for wedding day organization and management)

Including:

  • Attend Complimentary consultation with couple

  • Provide Unlimited phone/email communication with us throughout the planning process

  • Create Customized planning checklist of “to-do” items leading up to your big day

  • Present Style board reflecting suggestions for color schemes, décor, florals, invitations, bridal accessories, menswear, signage, etc.

  • Provide Research on venues and/or vendors

  • Arrange hotel and transportation for wedding party and guests

  • Perform venue walk through to discuss your wedding day vision (after your deposit reserves your wedding date)  

  • Research vendors not yet booked and present during an in-person meeting

  • review contracts of venue and vendors, if requested

  • Communicate with vendors throughout planning process (may include, but not limited to arranging meetings, discussing ideas for décor such as florals, invitations, linens, etc.,)

  • Make Suggestions for menu or dessert ideas, if requested

  • Provide Monthly progress reports, including vendor updates, handoff of projects, budget check, timeline review, etc.

  • Up to 10 hours of meeting time - couple can use these hours for inspiration discussions, vendor meetings, venue visits, assistance with crafting, running errands etc.

  • Complete venue walkthrough during month of wedding to discuss last minute details and to create a day-of timeline

  • Contact all vendors within month of wedding day (to ensure they know their responsibilities for wedding day-including their setup and tear-down logistics

  • Provide ceremony and reception floor plans, seating arrangements and place settings

  • Assist in running last minute errands the week of the wedding

  • Attend and help coordinate rehearsal run-through

  • Perform Styling and set-up coordination on wedding day

  • Cue wedding party, vendors and guests throughout day, assist with tear down responsibilities agreed upon with couple

  • Provide day-of emergency kit for any unforeseen occurrence

  • Complete walkthrough of venue to ensure that all areas are left as they were originally found and collect any personal items left behind to return to couple

  • Collect wedding gifts, guest book, cake topper/serving sets, etc. and handoff to designated person.

  • Distribute final payments and/or tips for vendors

  • communicate with vendors after the wedding to discuss any issues that arose on wedding day or any needed, if couple desires.

Tear down time - $200 fee will be charged to tear down any large floral installments, decor, furniture pieces, etc. mot from dVD’s collection.
